These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website operated by SkyRoot Embedded Automation ("SkyRoot", "we", "us" or "our"), and any enquiry, quotation or purchase of our products and services. SkyRoot Embedded Automation designs and manufactures industrial and agriculture automation hardware — transmitters, signal converters, dataloggers, IoT gateways and touch display units — in Pune, India. References to "products" mean the hardware, firmware, and associated documentation we supply.

03Use of the website

This website is provided for general information about our products and services. You agree to use it lawfully and not to:

Custom-built products are made to the parameters, ranges, output signals and enclosure you specify. It is your responsibility to confirm those requirements before we begin manufacture.

05Product specifications

We work continuously to improve our products. Published specifications, register maps, dimensions and images are provided in good faith and may be revised. Where exact values matter for your application, request the current datasheet and confirm suitability before purchase. Photographs and illustrations are representative and may differ from the delivered product.

06Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, the SkyRoot name and marks, product designs, firmware and documentation — is owned by or licensed to SkyRoot and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may view and print content for your own internal, non-commercial evaluation. You may not otherwise reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

07Warranty & liability

Product warranty, where offered, is set out in the documentation supplied with each product or in the applicable quotation. Except as expressly stated there, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SkyRoot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of this website or reliance on its content. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

The website and our products may link to third-party sites and services — for example, the SmartSence cloud platform, or a customer-configured endpoint. We are not responsible for the content, availability or practices of third-party services, which are governed by their own terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Pune, Maharashtra.
